KINDRED CHAOS RECRUITMENT POLICY

or How to Become a KC Guild Member

Revised, September 2010

1. Recruitment, Part I - Application and initial approval.
  * Only properly filled-out applications will be considered.
  * If needed, an in-game or in-vent interview will be requested.
  * Once application is approved, applicant will be considered a Recruit resulting in a guild invite and proper forum permissioning.
2. Recruitment, Part II - During your first 2 weeks in KC you are given the Recruit rank.
  * You MUST sign up for all official raids and you MUST keep a 100% raiding attendance level! If you don't you can expect to fail Recruitment and be removed from guild.
  * You MUST be prepared for raiding: have consumables ready; have gear fully enchanted/gemmed; know the boss strats; be ready to /whisper officers for check-in if you are standby; understand guild loot policies and raid roster policies.
  * You have to show proper guildie attitude and abide by guild policies and ettiquete. This includes helping with instance runs, 10man raids, and any needed farming and/or raid preparation asked of you.
  * You do NOT have gbank access so dont ask for it. You also do NOT have access to guild consumables, materials or items, so don't ask for them.
  * You can be removed from the guild or have Recruit rank extended based on your attendance, performance and attitude.
3. Recruitment, Part III - Your subsequent 3 weeks in KC you are given the Conscript rank.
  * Attending all official raids is highly recommended either on the roster or on standby. We do allow for more wiggle room in terms of attendance: Conscripts are required to maintain an 80% attendance level.
  * Still, you MUST be prepared for raiding: have consumables ready; have gear fully enchanted/gemmed; know the boss strats; be ready to /whisper officers for check-in if you are standby; understand guild loot policies and raid roster policies.
  * You still have to show proper guildie attitude and abide by guild policies and etiquette . This includes helping with instance runs, 10man raids, and any needed farming and/or raid preparation asked of you.
  * You have access to the gbank and you can ask for items including consumable, mats or items.
  * You can be removed from the guild or have Conscript rank extended based on your attendance, performance and attitude.
4. Recruitment, Part IV - Gaining Dragoon rank.
  * At the end of your Conscript 3-week phase, your attendance score is reviewed. Any issues will be discussed and analyzed by officers and guildies. This discussion is ongoing throughout your recruitment process.
  * If you have done your part and been diligent as a Recruit and Conscript, you attain the respected Dragoon rank becoming a full member of the guild.
  * As a Dragoon you are expected to be an active raider, helping the guild progress through content. You're participation directly impacts your raid roster spot. The more you make yourself available, the better chance you have to gain a raiding spot.
